Press the Enter or ESC key.
Should both of these fail to work, use the following alternative:
Goto Start - Run, then choose shutdown. The computer will be unable to shut Clickme down, but it will give focus to the program. At this point you can press either Enter or Esc.
Automatically move mouse, pause and click at specified locations on your screen.
